Meet the Board The Portneuf Soil and Water Conservation District is directed by an elected board of supervisors and volunteer associates. The Board typically meets every second Wednesday of the month to discuss issues pertaining to Bannock County conservation issues. District, NRCS, IASCD, and SCC employees, as well as other agency employees and partners, landowners, and public attend the meetings.
