Meet the Board The Portneuf Soil and Water Conservation District is directed by an elected board of supervisors and volunteer associates. The District is a nonprofit organization that meets monthly, and the board members volunteer their time. The Board typically meets every second Wednesday of the month to discuss issues pertaining to Bannock County's Landowners. District, NRCS, IASCD, and SCC employees, as well as other agency employees and partners, landowners, and public attend the meetings.
